26 | A Guided Meditation for Being Present
This is going to be a series of 4 meditations! This starts the first one but you can do them in whatever order you choose to. As a survivor I struggled with being present and in my body. I struggled with discovering my body and who I am, so I really wanted to create these as resources for you. In this meditation we will practice being present which is the key to meditation. Upon practicing this, it will invite you to more mindful living.
Through this practice and with focused attention you can implement this more and more into your everyday life. And you can become a more peaceful and stable being.
When you unlock the door to meditation, you also open the door to life.
