27 | Body Scan Meditation

This is the second in the series of 4 meditations! This is a guided body scan meditation. We will move through the body, investigating our experience in each part of the body. This can be a great practice to ground ourselves, relieve anxiety, and learn to listen to our bodies.

 

This body scan meditation will leave you feeling relaxed and rooted in the present moment. It is an incredibly soothing, pinpointed, full-body relaxation experience.
