29 | Just You and Your Breath: A Guided Meditation

This is the fourth and last in the series of 4 meditations! Learn how to use simple visualization and breath work to focus on the moment on this beautiful new day. You will feel so centered with your breath. 

 

In this meditation there will be longer silences and you may notice your mind wandering. So all you have to do is just keep bringing it back to the breath and notice where your thoughts are trying to take you and just come back to center. Once you master this, you can meditate any time, anywhere.
